COVID-19: The Church of England has currently suspended all acts of public worship and therefore no services will take place at St Barnabas until further notice. A virtual service will be livestreamed on 10am on Sunday from our sister church of St Matthew and St James, Mossley Hill, by our Team Rector Alan Kennedy – this can be accessed from Mossley Hill’s Facebook page at this link.

Our regular pattern of worship:

8.30am – Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer) – on the 2nd and 3rd Sunday each month

10.30am – The main Sunday service – with a  variety of worship that includes All Age Worship, Common Worship, Holy Communion and Café Church.

During this service, children are free to attend Barney’s Bees (Sunday School) which is very popular and includes Bible stories and crafts.

Tea and coffee is served afterwards with time to chat with one another.

6.30pm – Evensong (Book of Common Prayer) – on the 1st and 4th Sunday each month

10am – Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer)

Tea and coffee is served afterwards.
